REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We thank you and appreciate your purchase through us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our User, concerning any purchase you make through us. This document shall be read in conjecture and as part and parcel with the terms and conditions of the app.

The policy concerning the returns and refund requests, shall be following the clauses as set forth:

1. CANCELLATION BY USER

We at Texpertly strive to provide you with the best possible experience while you are with us online. This includes services provided on the platform and experience whilst availing the services. The refund amount will be credited back into your source account for the reasons mentioned below:

  • 1. If customer cancels the booking one hour prior to the booking time in both Self Park and valet park.

2. CANCELLATION BY COMPANY

The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

  • a. If it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
  • b. If it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction which is not following the Terms of Use, or
  • c. In case of unavailability of a service, or
  • d. For any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
  • e. If the Company does not want to do business with the User

The Company maintains a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying Users and reserve the right to deny access to such Users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.

3. REFUND POLICY

The company ensures that customers receive the best quality of services from the company, The refund amount will be credited back into your source account after cancellation made by the customer/user and/or for the reasons:

  • 1) If customer cancels the booking one hour prior to the booking time in both Self Park and valet park.
  • 2) If parking is not available at the designated spot assigned by the customer due to any reason beyond the control of the company.
  • 3) If no driver/valet is available for the parking process 15 minutes before the time of pick up in valet parking .
  • 4) If the driver/valet did not reach for dropping the car within 15 minutes at the time of designated drop off time in valet parking.
